The NORDIC PURE 15x9x1CustomM14-6 is a custom-made pleated AC furnace air filter rated MERV 14, sold in a 6-pack. It is designed to remove a wide range of airborne contaminants from residential and commercial HVAC systems. The filter captures over 90% of particles between 1 and 10 microns and between 75% and 95% of particles between 0.3 and 1 microns. Targeted contaminants include lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, smoke, bacteria, virus carriers, and smog. The filter media is electrostatically charged and will not promote bacterial or mold growth on the filter surface. MERV 14 is comparable to an MPR 2800 rating and follows the ASHRAE filtration efficiency standard.

This filter is suited for residential and light commercial applications where high-efficiency air filtration is required. It fits HVAC systems rated to handle MERV 14 filters or higher, including newer high-efficiency systems. The nominal size is 15x9x1, with an actual size of 15 x 8.75 x 0.75 inches.
