The NORDIC PURE 15_1/2x29x1ExactCustomM12-6 is a custom-made pleated air filter rated MERV 12, sized at an exact 15.5 x 29 x 0.75 inches and sold in a pack of six. This filter is designed for use in residential and commercial HVAC systems, including forced-air furnaces and central air conditioners. Rated MERV 12, it captures over 90% of airborne particles between 3 and 10 microns, and 80% to 90% of particles between 1 and 3 microns. The electrostatically charged pleated media targets lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, smoke, bacteria, and virus carriers. A moisture-resistant beverage board frame provides structural integrity, and the media does not promote bacterial or mold growth. Licensed HVAC technicians and experienced DIYers install this filter.

This filter fits residential and light commercial forced-air systems where a nominal 15.5 x 29 x 1-inch slot is present. It is custom-fabricated to the exact dimensions listed above by cutting down or combining standard filter frames, sometimes using tape reinforcement.
