The NORDIC PURE 14x24x1PM10C-6 is a dual-media pleated air filter that combines a MERV 10 electrostatic filtration layer with an activated carbon layer fused directly to it. This construction reduces flow restriction compared to stacked media designs and increases surface area by approximately 33 percent. The carbon layer adsorbs odorous gases, vapors, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), while the pleated MERV 10 media captures particulate matter including dust, pollen, mold spores, pet dander, and virus carriers. The filter installs in residential and light-commercial forced-air HVAC systems and is replaced by HVAC technicians or qualified service personnel during routine maintenance intervals.

This filter is suited for residential and light-commercial applications where both particulate control and odor reduction are required.
