The NORDIC PURE 14x14x1M14+C-3 is a MERV 14 pleated air filter with an integrated activated carbon layer, sold in a 3-pack. The filter media is electrostatically charged synthetic material that captures fine airborne particulates, while the activated carbon panel adsorbs odorous gases, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and smoke particles. Rated MERV 14, this filter targets submicron contaminants including bacteria, mold spores, and fine dust. It is manufactured in the USA and sized at a nominal 14x14x1 inches, with an actual size of 13.75 x 13.75 x 0.75 inches. Licensed HVAC technicians and experienced HVAC service professionals are the primary installers.
