The NORDIC PURE 12x24x4M15+C-2 is a high-efficiency pleated air filter with activated carbon media, designed for forced-air HVAC systems in residential and commercial applications. Rated MERV 15, it captures more than 90% of airborne particulates in the 1.0 to 10.0 micron range and up to 85% of particulates in the 0.30 to 1.0 micron range. The activated carbon flat panel layer adsorbs odorous gases and volatile organic compounds (VOC) while the electrostatically charged synthetic media handles fine particulate capture. This filter ships as a 2-pack with an actual size of 11.5 x 23.38 x 3.63 inches, fitting nominally labeled 12x24x4 filter housings. Licensed HVAC technicians and facility maintenance professionals are the primary installers.

This filter is suited for residential homes, light commercial spaces, and high-efficiency HVAC systems rated to handle MERV 15 filtration and above. Systems previously using HEPA-style filters are well matched to this replacement.
