The NORDIC PURE 12x22x1ExactCustomM8+C-6 is a custom-cut, pleated MERV 8 air filter with activated carbon media, designed for residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Measuring 12 x 22 x 0.75 inches actual size, this filter uses electrostatically charged synthetic media to capture airborne particulates while the carbon layer addresses common household odors. MERV 8 filtration captures 70 to 85 percent of particles between 3 and 10 microns. Each box contains 6 filters. HVAC technicians and homeowners install these as direct drop-in replacements where a 12x22x1 nominal slot is present but a standard size does not fit the opening precisely.

This filter is suited for forced-air furnaces and central air conditioning systems where the return-air grille or filter rack requires a non-standard 12 x 22 x 1 nominal slot.
