The NORDIC PURE 12x18x1M7+C-2 is a pleated MERV 7 air filter with an integrated activated carbon layer, designed for residential HVAC systems including forced-air furnaces and central air conditioning units. The filter media is electrostatically charged synthetic material that captures airborne particulates on contact. A flat activated carbon panel infused with activated charcoal adsorbs odorous gases and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) as air passes through. The heavy-duty beverage board frame is moisture resistant, and a bonded metal mesh support grid reinforces the pleats under sustained airflow. The antimicrobial media is engineered to inhibit bacterial and mold growth within the filter itself. Each box contains 2 filters.
