The NORDIC PURE 10x24x1M13+C-6 is a MERV 13 pleated air filter with an integrated activated carbon layer, sold in a 6-pack. The electrostatically charged synthetic media captures fine particulates while the flat-panel activated charcoal layer adsorbs odorous gases and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). At a MERV 13 rating, this filter traps a broad range of contaminants including sub-micron particles. The nominal size is 10 x 24 x 1 inches with an actual size of 9.5 x 23.5 x 0.75 inches. It is designed for installation in residential and light-commercial forced-air systems by HVAC technicians or knowledgeable homeowners.
