The NORDIC PURE 10x10x1PM10C-3 is a pleated plus carbon HVAC air filter rated MERV 10, sold in a 3-pack. It combines a MERV-rated pleated media layer fused with an activated carbon layer to handle both particulate capture and odor control in a single filter. The dual-material construction reduces flow restriction compared to single-media filters and increases surface area by approximately 33 percent. Permanently electrostatically charged media acts as a magnet for airborne particles, while the activated carbon layer attracts and retains odorous gases and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). HVAC technicians and facilities maintenance professionals install this filter in residential and light commercial forced-air systems.
