The NORDIC PURE 10x10x1M8-12 is a pleated MERV 8 air filter designed for residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including central air conditioners and gas or electric furnaces. Sold in a 12-pack, each filter measures 9.5 x 9.5 x 0.75 inches actual size with a nominal size of 10x10x1. The electrostatically charged, hypoallergenic filter media captures lint, dust, pollen, bacteria, pet dander, dust mites, mold spores, and other airborne contaminants as air passes through. A moisture-resistant beverage board frame adds structural durability. The media is antimicrobial and will not promote bacterial or mold growth on the filter surface itself.
