The NITE IZE INC KR360-01-R3 is a magnetic quick-connect key ring designed to keep two separate key sets joined until intentionally separated. The assembly consists of two stainless steel split rings connected by two neodymium magnets housed in an interlocking plastic shell. Keys thread onto each individual split ring, and the magnets pull the two halves together automatically. The interlocking housing prevents accidental separation under normal carry conditions. To split the rings, the user twists at the tabs on each side of the connector body. The unit ships as a package of 4 and weighs 0.17 pounds.
