Product Description

The NIBCO NLG700K is a 6-inch lug-style butterfly valve from the LD-3000-0 series, designed for reliable shut-off service in commercial and light industrial piping systems. The body is ductile iron, the disc is aluminum bronze, and the stem pin is 416 stainless steel, giving the valve strong corrosion resistance across a range of media. The EPDM seat handles continuous service up to 225 degrees F and intermittent service up to 250 degrees F. The bare stem actuator mount accepts manual or automated operators installed in the field. This valve is domestically manufactured and rated for 125/150 lb flanged service.

The NLG700K is suited for commercial HVAC systems, hot and cold potable water distribution, and vacuum services, as well as some light industrial process lines. Its lug-style body allows it to be installed as a dead-end valve, making it practical for systems where one side must be isolated for maintenance without removing adjacent piping sections.
