Product Description

The NIBCO NL944KDP is a fire safe manual ball valve rated for demanding industrial and commercial piping applications. Built in a 1-piece bronze body with stainless steel trim, this 2-inch reduced-port valve features a locking lever handle and female NPT connections on both ends. It carries a maximum working pressure of 1500 psi and a maximum working temperature of 400 degrees F, making it suitable for high-pressure liquid and gas service lines. The seat material is reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), which provides chemical resistance and a reliable bubble-tight shutoff. Licensed plumbers and pipefitters are the primary installers for this type of valve.
