The NIBCO NL7500A is a Y-pattern check valve designed for inline installation in piping systems where backflow prevention is required. Built with a bronze body and a nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) seal, this valve handles working pressures up to 200 psi (WOG) and accepts 1-inch female NPT connections on both ends. Licensed plumbers and pipefitters install this type of valve in water distribution, HVAC hydronic loops, and light industrial fluid systems. The Y-pattern configuration provides a straighter flow path than swing-style check valves, reducing pressure drop across the fitting.

This valve is suited for residential and light commercial plumbing applications where a compact, threadable check valve is needed on a 1-inch line. Installation Notes
