The NIBCO nfb84hxb is a 1-1/4 inch full port ball valve designed for press-to-connect copper piping systems. The body is manufactured from lead-free Hydrapure Performance Bronze alloy, which is dezincification resistant for long-term durability in potable water applications. An inboard bead and EPDM O-ring seat the press connection, creating a permanent, watertight seal without flame, solder, or flux. Rated at 250 psi non-shock cold working pressure with a maximum service temperature of 250 degrees F, this valve suits demanding residential and light commercial plumbing installations. Licensed plumbers and pipefitters are the primary installers.
