The NIBCO INC W01880T is a 1-1/4-inch copper sweat tube cap designed to permanently seal the open end of a copper pipe or tube. It features a solder cup connection, allowing the fitting to be soldered directly over the pipe end for a leak-tight closure. This fitting is lead-free, meeting the requirements of potable water installations. Plumbers and pipefitters use this cap in residential and light commercial plumbing systems wherever a supply line, branch, or stub-out needs to be closed off cleanly and permanently.

Installation Notes
