The NIBCO I605000 is a 1-1/4 inch drain, waste, and vent (DWV) P-trap with union, manufactured from Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS). It is designed to hold a water seal in a drain line, preventing sewer gases from entering a structure through the fixture drain. The hub x hub end connections accept solvent-welded ABS pipe on both ends. The union fitting allows the trap to be disassembled without cutting pipe, which is important for servicing fixture drains and clearing blockages.
