The NIBCO I024700 is a 2-inch ABS drain, waste, and vent (DWV) adapter fitting with a hub by female iron pipe thread (FIPT) end connection. It transitions a plain hub socket on one end to a threaded female NPT connection on the other, allowing plumbers to join hub-end ABS pipe to threaded fittings or fixtures within a DWV system. The fitting is molded from acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), rated from -40 degrees F to 180 degrees F. Installation Notes
