The NIBCO CE04200 is a 2-inch PVDF socket union designed for Schedule 80 plastic piping systems. It provides a removable, pressure-rated connection point in chemical and industrial fluid handling lines. PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) offers excellent resistance to a wide range of aggressive chemicals, UV exposure, and elevated temperatures, making this union a reliable choice where standard PVC or CPVC fittings are not suitable. End connections are Slip x SR FIPT, allowing socket-welded inlet attachment and a standard female iron pipe thread on the service end.
