The NIBCO CE03920 is a Schedule 80 PVDF threaded pipe nipple designed for demanding fluid handling applications where chemical resistance and pressure ratings matter. Machined from natural PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), this nipple measures 1-1/2 inch pipe size and 4 inches in length. Schedule 80 wall thickness provides added strength compared to Schedule 40, making it suitable for higher-pressure service. Plumbers and pipefitters install this nipple when connecting threaded pipe sections in chemical process lines, water treatment systems, and industrial plumbing where metal fittings are not suitable.

Installation Notes
