The NIBCO CE03750 is a Schedule 80 PVDF threaded pipe nipple designed for demanding fluid-handling systems where chemical resistance and high-pressure performance are required. Manufactured from polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) in a natural finish, this nipple handles a maximum working pressure of 1360 psi and a maximum working temperature of 280 degrees F. The male NPT (MNPT) threaded ends allow direct connection to standard threaded fittings and valves. Licensed plumbers and pipefitters install this component in industrial, chemical process, and high-purity water systems where metal corrosion or chemical degradation is a concern.

This nipple is suited for 1/2 inch pipe applications in residential and commercial systems handling corrosive chemicals, deionized water, or high-purity fluid lines. Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or pipefitter in accordance with applicable plumbing codes such as the IPC. PVDF threads are susceptible to cross-threading and overtightening — use PTFE thread tape rated for plastic fittings and tighten by hand before applying minimal additional torque with a strap wrench. Avoid pipe wrenches with aggressive jaw serrations that can crack the fitting body.
