Product Description

The NIBCO CE03150 is a Schedule 80 flush socket reducer bushing manufactured from PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) thermoplastic. It reduces a 2-inch pipe connection down to a 1-inch socket connection using a spigot by socket (SPIG x S) end configuration. PVDF is a high-purity, chemically resistant fluoropolymer well suited for aggressive fluid handling applications. This bushing is used by licensed plumbers and pipefitters working in industrial, chemical processing, and high-purity fluid systems where metal fittings are not appropriate due to corrosion concerns.

This fitting is intended for Schedule 80 plastic piping systems handling corrosive chemicals, ultrapure water, or other demanding media. Its flush socket design allows it to seat fully within a mating socket, keeping the installed assembly compact.
