The NIBCO CC03400 is a Schedule 80 polypropylene pipe tee designed for fluid distribution systems requiring a durable, corrosion-resistant thermoplastic fitting. Rated to Schedule 80 wall thickness, it provides greater pressure capacity than Schedule 40 fittings of the same diameter. All three ports are female iron pipe thread (FIPT), accepting standard male-threaded pipe or nipples. This 2-inch tee is used by plumbers and pipefitters working on chemical handling, industrial process piping, irrigation, and other applications where metal fittings are unsuitable due to corrosion or chemical compatibility concerns.
