The NIBCO CC00500 is a Schedule 80 polypropylene pipe coupling designed for joining 1-inch FPT threaded pipe runs in industrial and commercial piping systems. Molded from black polypropylene, this coupling handles maximum working temperatures up to 180 degrees F, making it suitable for hot and cold water, chemical drainage, and corrosive-fluid applications where metal fittings are not appropriate. The FPT x FPT end connections accept standard female pipe threads on both sides, allowing a straightforward inline connection. Licensed plumbers and pipefitters are the typical installers for Schedule 80 plastic fittings of this type.

Installation Notes
