Product Description

The NIBCO 5884 is a 2-inch ABS DWV P-Trap with a cleanout and plug, designed for drain, waste, and vent (DWV) piping systems in residential and commercial construction. The hub x hub x cleanout with plug configuration creates a water seal in the trap arc, blocking sewer gases from migrating into occupied spaces. The integral cleanout plug provides direct access to the trap for clearing stoppages without cutting the pipe. Made from Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS), the fitting is lightweight, chemical-resistant, and joined by solvent cementing. Service temperature range is -40 degrees F to 180 degrees F.

This P-Trap is used in residential and light commercial DWV installations beneath sinks, lavatories, and similar fixtures where a 2-inch drain connection is required.
