Product Description

NIBCO 039923320360 is a 7/8 inch OD Sweat Suction P-Trap designed for use in refrigeration systems. This fitting consists of solder cups that connect to the suction line of refrigeration compressors. The design loops the pipeline to the floor before it rises vertically, effectively preventing oil from draining back to the compressor during shutdowns. Each additional P-trap is required for every twenty feet of riser pipe, minimizing high-velocity build-up of oil or liquid returning to the compressor during off periods.
