The NEXHOME dh-e20s is a compact SIP door phone designed for professional entrance control applications. It delivers clear visitor communication over the SIP protocol, enabling connection to IP phones, SIP servers, and mobile apps for remote answering and door release. The unit features a 2-megapixel camera with an integrated white LED for reliable imaging in low-light conditions. A large illuminated call button and built-in proximity card reader support straightforward guest access and credential-based entry. Measuring approximately 145 millimeters by 70 millimeters by 25.5 millimeters, the slim housing fits on narrow door frames, gates, and wall surfaces where space is limited. Licensed electricians, low-voltage integrators, and access control technicians are the primary installers.
The dh-e20s suits residential villas, multi-unit apartments, commercial offices, and gated entry points that require a compact, network-based intercom solution. Power over Ethernet (PoE) allows single-cable installation, reducing conduit and wiring complexity. A 12-volt DC input provides an alternative power path when a PoE switch is not available. Relay output, Wiegand, and RS485 interfaces allow integration with third-party access control panels and building automation systems. The IP65 environmental rating makes it suitable for exposed outdoor mounting, and a tamper alarm input adds a physical security layer for installations in unsupervised locations.
Designed for use with SIP-compliant IP phones, SIP servers, and mobile intercom applications. Interfaces with access control systems and building automation equipment via relay output, Wiegand, and RS485 connections.
Installation should be performed by a licensed low-voltage technician or access control integrator familiar with SIP network configuration and local electrical codes. Power down the PoE switch or disconnect the 12-volt DC supply before making any wiring connections. Verify that the mounting surface is weatherproof and that all conduit entries are properly sealed to maintain the IP65 rating. Configure SIP credentials and network parameters through the remote management interface before commissioning the door release relay.
