The NEUCO ces0110057-02 is a fixed-speed furnace ignition control board designed as a direct replacement for select Carrier, Bryant, and Payne furnace control boards. It manages core furnace functions including the gas valve, ignitor, blower motor, inducer motor, humidifier, and air cleaner. The board operates on a line voltage range of 98 to 132 VAC at 60 Hz and works with all standard 24-volt thermostats. It supports twinning, allowing two ICM281 boards to be paired for synchronized operation across two furnaces. Licensed HVAC technicians typically handle installation in gas-fired residential or light-commercial furnace applications.
The ces0110057-02 is suited for residential gas furnace installations where the original Carrier, Bryant, or Payne control board has failed or requires replacement. It is compatible with the White-Rodgers 50M56D-751 as well. The board controls the full sequence of furnace operation — draft inducer startup, hot-surface ignition, gas valve energization, and blower staging — making it a comprehensive drop-in solution. Its twinning capability makes it applicable in dual-furnace setups requiring coordinated heating cycles.
Replaces Carrier CES0110057-xx series boards (CES0110057-00, CES0110057-01, CES0110057-02), CES0110020, and CES0110048. Also compatible with White-Rodgers 50M56D-751. Works with Carrier, Bryant, and Payne furnaces that originally used these control boards.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician. Disconnect power to the furnace at the breaker and confirm the system is de-energized before removing the existing control board. Follow the original wiring layout and document connection points before disconnecting any wires. Verify line voltage and thermostat wiring are within the specified ranges before restoring power.
