The NDL INDUSTRIES W4019 is a copper reducing tee designed for sweat-solder (C x C x C) plumbing connections. It joins two 3/4-inch run ends to a 1/2-inch branch outlet, allowing a single line to feed a reduced-size branch without additional adapters. The all-copper construction supports standard flux-and-solder installation techniques. Plumbers and pipefitters use this fitting in residential and light commercial water distribution systems where a main 3/4-inch line must branch off to a 1/2-inch supply point.
This reducing tee is suited for potable water supply lines, hydronic heating distribution, and general copper piping applications where a 3/4-inch main run requires a 1/2-inch branch takeoff. The C x C x C configuration means all three ports accept copper tubing and are joined by sweat soldering, making it compatible with standard Type L and Type M copper pipe. It is sold in a box quantity of 25 units, making it practical for service contractors stocking fittings for multiple jobs.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard-use fitting for copper sweat plumbing systems using 3/4-inch and 1/2-inch copper tube.
Installation is performed by licensed plumbers or qualified pipefitters following IPC and local plumbing code requirements. Shut off and drain the water supply before cutting into any existing line. Clean all tube ends and fitting sockets with emery cloth or a pipe cleaning brush, apply lead-free flux, and solder joints with lead-free solder per applicable code. Allow joints to cool fully before restoring water pressure.
