The NDL INDUSTRIES W2321 is a 90-degree short radius copper street elbow designed for sweat-connection plumbing assemblies. It features a FTG (fitting-to-copper) x C (copper) connection type, allowing one end to insert directly into a standard copper fitting socket while the other end accepts copper tube. The short radius profile reduces the space required to make a 90-degree turn, making it well suited for tight rough-in conditions. This elbow is a standard component in copper potable water and hydronic distribution systems, installed by licensed plumbers and pipefitters.
This fitting is used in residential and light commercial plumbing applications where a compact 90-degree directional change is needed in a copper pipe run. The FTG x C configuration is commonly used when transitioning between two fittings in close proximity, eliminating the need for a short nipple. It is available in a box quantity of 50 units, making it practical for contractors stocking van inventory or completing multi-unit rough-in work.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard-use fitting for 1/2 inch copper sweat plumbing systems using FTG x C connections.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with the International Plumbing Code (IPC) and applicable local codes. Shut off the water supply and depressurize the line before cutting or fitting. Clean and flux all mating surfaces before soldering, and use lead-free solder where required for potable water systems. Allow joints to cool fully before restoring pressure.
