The ND INDUSTRIES 14050 is a red, permanent-grade anaerobic threadlocker supplied in a 50 mL bottle. Anaerobic threadlockers cure in the absence of air when confined between metal fastener surfaces, creating a rigid bond that resists vibration, shock, and loosening under load. The red color designates maximum-strength, permanent-retention formulation, intended for large-diameter fasteners or any assembly where disassembly is not expected during normal service life. Technicians across HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical trades apply this product to secure bolts, studs, and threaded fittings against vibrational loosening.
This threadlocker is suited for residential and commercial mechanical assemblies where fastener retention under sustained vibration is required. Typical applications include securing motor mounting bolts, compressor hardware, pump flanges, and other structural threaded connections in equipment that sees continuous mechanical cycling. The permanent-grade formulation is appropriate when fastener removal would only occur during major overhaul, not routine maintenance.
Designed for use on metal threaded fasteners in mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and industrial assemblies where permanent retention is required.
Application should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with anaerobic adhesive products. Ensure mating surfaces are clean, dry, and free of oil, grease, and thread sealant residue before applying the threadlocker. Apply the appropriate amount to the leading threads of the fastener and assemble immediately; full cure requires adequate contact time on active metal surfaces. Because this is a permanent-grade product, plan fastener torque and assembly sequence carefully before application, as removal after cure will require significant force or localized heat.
