Manufactured from cold-rolled steel with a steel friction-type pin, this full-length piano-style hinge delivers consistent load distribution along the entire door edge rather than at isolated knuckle points. The friction pin design prevents the pin from falling out during service, reducing callbacks. The hinge can be cut to a desired length in the field, giving installers flexibility on non-standard door heights without ordering a separate SKU.
