The MUELLER STREAMLINE 5920 is a PVC DWV offset closet flange designed for drain, waste, and vent applications in residential and commercial plumbing systems. It features a hub-by-hub end connection with a nominal pipe size of 4 inches by 3 inches, making it a reducing and adjustable fitting. This offset closet flange is used to connect a toilet to the drain pipe where the drain rough-in does not align directly with the toilet horn.
