The MUELLER INDUSTRIES D 10050P is a seamless copper tube coil used in refrigeration, air conditioning, and related mechanical systems. Manufactured from C12200 phosphorus deoxidized copper and conforming to ASTM B280, this tube measures 5/8 inch outside diameter with a 0.555 inch inside diameter and a 0.035 inch wall thickness. The coil is 50 feet long and weighs 12.55 pounds. Seamless construction eliminates longitudinal seams, reducing the risk of leaks under system pressure. Licensed HVAC and refrigeration technicians rely on ACR-grade copper tube like this for linesets, evaporator coil connections, and field fabrication of refrigerant circuits.
This tube is suited for residential and light commercial HVAC and refrigeration installations where ACR copper is specified. The 5/8 inch OD size is commonly used for suction-line and liquid-line runs on mid-capacity split systems and refrigeration equipment. The 50-foot coil length provides enough material for most single-system lineset pulls or multiple shorter runs without splicing. Plumbers and mechanical contractors also use C12200 seamless copper tube for certain process and heat-transfer piping applications where high-conductivity, low-phosphorus copper is required.

Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC or refrigeration technician in accordance with applicable mechanical codes and EPA Section 608 requirements. Recover all refrigerant and de-energize the system before cutting or connecting copper tube. Use a sharp, dedicated tube cutter to avoid work-hardening the cut end, and ream the cut to full inside diameter before flaring or brazing. When brazing, purge the line with dry nitrogen to prevent internal oxidation scale.
