The MUELLER INDUSTRIES 585-300 is a 1-inch nominal, Schedule 40 black steel pipe nipple threaded on both ends with NPT male threads. Constructed from Grade B welded steel using the electric resistance weld process, it measures 30 inches in overall length with a 1 5/16-inch outside diameter and a wall thickness of 1/8 inch. This pipe is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 150 psi and a maximum steam pressure of 1315 psi at 650 degrees F, with an operating temperature range of -20 degrees F to 600 degrees F.
