The MORRIS PRODUCTS 03095 is a chlorinated, heavy-duty aerosol degreaser formulated to cut through grease, oil, and tar on industrial and mechanical equipment. The propellant is carbon dioxide, and the formula evaporates quickly without leaving residue. It carries no flash or fire point, making it a safer alternative to 1,1,1-trichloroethane-based cleaners. The aerosol delivers 19 oz net fill per 20 oz container. Dielectric strength is rated at 39,200 volts, and cleaning strength measures 105 Kb. Licensed HVAC technicians, industrial mechanics, and electrical maintenance personnel are the primary installers and users of this product.
The 03095 is suited for both light industrial and commercial maintenance environments where solvent-based cleaning is required. Typical applications include air tools, mechanical brakes, clutches, chains, wire rope, motors, dies, mold parts, bearings, generators, and compressors. The product is NSF K1 registered, confirming its suitability for use in meat and poultry processing plants where incidental food contact is possible. Caution should be exercised when using this degreaser on plastic components, as the chlorinated solvent may affect certain plastic materials.
Designed for use on air tools, mechanical brakes, clutches, chains, wire rope, motors, dies, mold parts, bearings, generators, and compressors. Use caution on plastics.
This degreaser is applied by service technicians and maintenance personnel during equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance procedures. Always power down and de-energize electrical equipment before applying any solvent cleaner, even products with rated dielectric strength. Ensure adequate ventilation in the work area when using aerosol solvents. Follow all applicable safety data sheet guidance and local regulations for solvent use and disposal.
