The MOLDEX 4601 N95 is a disposable particulate respirator rated N95 by NIOSH, meaning it filters at least 95 percent of airborne non-oil-based particles when properly fitted. Constructed from Dura-Mesh shell material, the mask maintains its shape during extended wear without collapsing against the face. It does not contain an exhalation valve, which keeps exhaled breath filtered through the mask material. The 4601 N95 is sized for small face profiles and uses an adjustable strap system to achieve a secure seal. It is 100 percent PVC-free. This respirator is sold in packs of 10 and is suited for use by trade professionals working in dusty, particle-heavy environments.
This respirator is appropriate for residential and light commercial jobsite applications where airborne particulate hazards are present. Typical use cases include attic insulation work, drywall cutting, spray texture application, duct cleaning, and similar tasks that generate fine airborne dust or debris. HVAC technicians, plumbers, and general contractors working in confined or poorly ventilated spaces will find the small-size fit profile useful for workers who cannot achieve adequate seal with standard sizing. The adjustable strap allows for quick fitting adjustments between tasks without removing the respirator.

Licensed trades and general laborers should inspect the respirator for visible damage before each use. Perform a user seal check — both positive and negative pressure checks — every time the respirator is donned to confirm an adequate fit. Do not use this respirator in atmospheres containing less than 19.5 percent oxygen or in environments with oil-based aerosols, as the N95 rating does not cover oil particulates. Replace the respirator when breathing resistance increases noticeably, when the mask is damaged or soiled, or per applicable OSHA and site safety guidelines.
