Product Description

The MODINE ptp200as0121sban is a propane-fired unit heater rated at 200,000 BTU/h input, built for commercial and industrial heating applications. It features an aluminized steel bent tubular heat exchanger and a single-stage gas control valve. Power is supplied at 115 volts, 60 Hz, single phase, hard-wired. A propeller fan moves conditioned air across the heat exchanger and into the space. The unit ships with a standard fan guard installed. A permanently lubricated motor reduces maintenance requirements. Professional installation by a qualified HVAC or gas-heating technician is required.

This unit heater is suited for garages, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, agricultural buildings, and similar commercial or light-industrial spaces that require high-capacity direct propane heat.
