    Bad gas valve

    After having a licensed HVAC installer review my heating unit and assertaining the correct valve for the downed heater, we orderedthis valve from you. It arrived and he installed it on the unit on Tuesday and only functioned for two days. The Hvac tech cam and inspected the unit again and determined it was the gas valve that went out with no other issues to the heating unit. Very dissapointed in the valve that was sold and the cost of having the by yet another valve from a different source and pay for the time of the HVAC installer to initially install your valve, come back out and reverify that tthe gas valve was out again and having to pay for a second valve.

    On a positive note, when ordering the unit and paying for the expressed delivery (easy checkout) it showed up on time and in a well packackaged container to prevent it from being damaged.
