The MK MORSE mhs11 is a bi-metal hole saw designed for multi-material cutting across a wide range of trade and industrial applications. With an 11/16 inch cutting diameter and a maximum cutting depth of 1-7/8 inches, this saw handles wood, nail-embedded wood, plastic, machinable metals, and stainless steel. The 1/2 inch-20 thread size accepts a separately sourced arbor, giving the installer flexibility to match the arbor to the tool and pilot hole requirement. Bi-metal construction provides the toughness needed for demanding cuts through varied materials on the job site.
This hole saw is suited for licensed electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and general contractors who need a reliable small-diameter hole saw for routing conduit, pipe, or cable through multiple substrate types. The 11/16 inch diameter is a common size for low-voltage wiring and small-bore penetrations in both residential and light commercial work. The arbor-not-included design allows the technician to pair the saw with an existing arbor already in the tool kit.
Accepts any arbor with a 1/2 inch-20 thread. Arbor is not included. Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-use hole saw for trade applications requiring an 11/16 inch bi-metal saw compatible with standard 1/2 inch-20 arbors.
Install the saw onto a compatible 1/2 inch-20 threaded arbor before use. Secure the arbor firmly in the drill chuck and confirm the pilot bit is locked before starting the cut. Power down the drill and disconnect from power before changing or inspecting the saw. Always wear appropriate eye and hand protection when cutting metal or nail-embedded wood.
