The MITUTOYO 209-936 is a ball-to-ball contact inside electronic caliper gage designed for precise internal groove and bore measurements. It measures ranges from 0.39 to 1.18 inches and delivers 0.0005-inch resolution with 0.0015-inch accuracy, making it suitable for tight-tolerance inspection work. The ball contact design allows the gage to seat cleanly inside grooves as narrow as 0.0472 inches and as deep as 0.2047 inches. Built-in data output supports direct connection to SPC data collection systems. This tool is used by machinists, quality control technicians, and precision measurement professionals in manufacturing and inspection environments.
The 209-936 is suited for internal groove inspection on small bores, retaining ring grooves, O-ring grooves, and similar features where access is restricted.
