It measures up to 1 inch with an accuracy of 0.00015 inches and a graduation of 0.0001 inches, making it suitable for high-tolerance inspection work. The carbide-tipped blade and spindle resist wear for long service life. A ratchet thimble delivers consistent measuring force, reducing operator-to-operator variation. An IP54 water resistance rating provides protection against dust and splash exposure in shop environments.
