The MITSUBISHI 10567999 is a solid carbide ball end mill designed for high-performance milling in hardened materials and steel. Part of the VF Series, it features a 3.00 mm mill diameter with a 1.50 mm nose radius and a 3.00 mm length of cut. The AlTiCrSiN PVD coating provides thermal and wear resistance, making this tool well suited for demanding cutting conditions at tight tolerances. With a 20-degree helix angle and right-hand flute direction, it delivers consistent chip evacuation during both roughing and finishing operations. This tool is installed and used by machinists and CNC tooling professionals working on precision milling applications.
This end mill is intended for use in CNC machining centers and manual milling machines where small-diameter, high-precision work is required. Its primary application is in hardened materials, with secondary suitability for steel. Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC tooling technician. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and the tool changer or spindle lock is engaged before inserting or removing the tool. Use a calibrated torque wrench when tightening collet nuts to avoid shank damage. Verify runout with a dial indicator after tooling setup before beginning a cut cycle.
