The Mitco F2-26M is a biocide treatment designed to eliminate fungal growth in fuel storage tanks. It targets various fungi that thrive in hydrocarbon fuels, preventing them from forming harmful sludge. This sludge can clog filters and obstruct fuel lines. The treatment can be used in shock applications at a rate of one ounce per forty gallons of fuel, or as a maintenance dose of one ounce per seventy-five gallons.
