The MILWAUKEE TOOL 48-73-8754E is a cut and puncture resistant glove rated ANSI/ISEA Cut Level A5 and Puncture Resistance Level 5, built for general-purpose trade work where hand protection is critical. The glove is constructed with a polyethylene and nylon-spandex shell that provides cut resistance while keeping the hand flexible. Nitrile coating covers the thumb and index finger, and a polyurethane grip surface delivers reliable grip on parts, tools, and materials. An elasticated wrist cuff keeps the glove seated during active use. Sold as a pair, sized 2X-Large, and weighing approximately 0.11 pounds per pair.
This glove is suited for residential and commercial trade applications including HVAC installation, plumbing rough-in, electrical work, and pool equipment service where technicians handle sheet metal edges, pipe, conduit, hardware, and other abrasion or cut hazards. The SMARTSWIPE series construction uses a nylon and spandex lining for comfort during extended wear. The unisex 2X-Large sizing fits a wide range of hand profiles. It is appropriate for any trade professional who requires a general-purpose glove with high cut and puncture resistance without sacrificing dexterity on the thumb and index finger side.
Designed as a general-purpose cut and puncture resistant work glove for trade professionals across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related fields requiring ANSI/ISEA A5 cut protection.
Inspect gloves before each use for tears, holes, or degraded coating that may reduce protection. Replace gloves immediately if the cut-resistant shell or nitrile coating shows visible damage. These gloves do not provide electrical insulation and must not be used as a substitute for rated insulating gloves when working on or near energized conductors. Follow jobsite PPE requirements and applicable OSHA hand protection standards when selecting and using cut resistant gloves.
