The MILWAUKEE TOOL 48-37-5012S is a 1.25-inch short concrete vibrator head designed for use with MX FUEL cordless concrete vibrator systems. This accessory attaches to compatible MX FUEL power units and consolidates freshly poured concrete by displacing air pockets and improving aggregate settlement. The compact 1.25-inch head diameter suits tighter form work and reinforced sections where larger heads cannot reach effectively. Concrete contractors and flatwork crews install this head as part of a complete vibrator assembly on jobsites requiring reliable, corded-free consolidation without generator or air-compressor dependency. At 2.13 pounds, the head is manageable during extended pours.
This vibrator head is suited for residential and commercial concrete placement operations. It is particularly useful in column forms, wall forms, and other congested rebar applications where a narrow head profile is required. The short-body configuration provides a lower overall insertion depth, making it practical for shallow slabs and confined pours. It is sold individually and intended as either a replacement head or an additional head for crews running multiple vibrator setups on a single pour.
Designed for use with the MX FUEL Backpack Concrete Vibrator and the MX FUEL Concrete Vibrator power units as specified by the manufacturer.
Installation and removal of vibrator heads should be performed by qualified concrete or construction tradespeople with the power unit fully powered down and the battery pack removed before any attachment or detachment. Inspect the head and coupler connection for wear or damage before each use. Follow the manufacturer assembly instructions for securing the head to the flexible shaft or direct-drive coupling. Refer to applicable OSHA concrete construction standards and local jobsite safety requirements when operating concrete vibration equipment.
