The 3975-20 is suited for residential and light commercial pipeline inspection, including drain lines, sewer laterals, and other accessible pipe runs. The mid-stiff reel construction provides controlled pushability through typical residential drain configurations. The camera mounts to Ridgid camera reels, making it a practical option for shops already running Ridgid inspection reel infrastructure. No audio capability is included in this configuration. Wireless connectivity is not available on this unit. Batteries are not included and the system uses lithium-ion battery chemistry.

Installation and operation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified inspection technician familiar with pipeline inspection equipment. Before deploying the camera reel into a drain or sewer line, confirm the line has been cleared of active flow where required by site conditions. Inspect the camera head and reel for damage before each use. Follow local plumbing codes and the manufacturer operating instructions for safe deployment and retrieval of the reel.
