The MILWAUKEE TOOL 3061P-20 is a cordless, brushless 1/2 inch drive compact impact wrench designed for high-torque fastening in tight or confined workspaces. Running on the M18 FUEL platform at 18 volts, it delivers up to 220 foot-pounds of torque and reaches speeds up to 2,325 RPM, with a blows-per-minute range of 0 to 3,500. The pistol grip handle is rubber-coated for control during sustained use. TORQUE-SENSE technology uses proprietary sensors and machine-learning algorithms to deliver consistent torque output, reducing variability compared to standard blow-counting impact wrenches. Battery and charger are sold separately. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and mechanical contractors rely on this tool for flange bolting, equipment mounting, and structural fastening tasks.
The 3061P-20 is suited for residential and commercial mechanical installations where repeatable torque control matters. Its overall length of 5.55 inches makes it practical in panel boxes, equipment rooms, and other restricted spaces. The ONE-KEY connectivity enables simplified setup and job-site customization of torque output profiles. A pin detent retainer secures the 1/2 inch socket during operation. The tool body uses nylon and aluminum housing with a rubber handle material for durability under field conditions.
Compatible with the Milwaukee M18 battery platform. Battery and charger are not included and must be purchased separately. Designed for use with M18 series lithium-ion batteries.
Installation and use of this tool should be performed by qualified trade professionals familiar with torque fastening requirements for the application. Always confirm the correct torque specification for the fastener and joint type before use. Disconnect power sources or de-energize equipment before applying fasteners in electrical or mechanical panel work. Review applicable codes such as NEC or IFGC when fastening components on code-regulated systems.
