The MILWAUKEE sed2024 is a fan-forced shallow wall heater designed for recessed or surface-mount installation in space-constrained wall cavities. Rated at 2000 watts on 240 volts, it delivers up to 6824 BTU/h of forced-air heat through a compact enclosure measuring 14.5 inches tall, 10.5 inches wide, and 3.75 inches deep. The unit also supports 208-volt operation at 1500 watts and 5118 BTU/h, making it suitable for job sites or buildings with 208-volt service. A built-in fan distributes heat evenly across the space without requiring ductwork. Finished in Northern White, it suits residential interior applications. Installation is handled by a licensed electrician familiar with 240-volt branch-circuit wiring.
This heater is ideally suited for recessed shallow wall mount applications, including manufactured homes and modular housing where wall depth is limited. The shallow 3.75-inch depth allows it to fit in standard stud-bay cavities without major framing modifications. It operates across a temperature range of 45 degrees F to 135 degrees F, covering typical heating-season conditions in residential and light commercial spaces. A wall surface kit and a wall recess kit configuration are both supported, giving the installer flexibility based on the available wall construction.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-install wall heater for manufactured homes, modular homes, and residential or light commercial spaces requiring a shallow-depth recessed or surface-mounted electric heating unit.
Installation must be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all applicable local codes. Disconnect and lock out the branch circuit before beginning any wiring work. Verify that the supply voltage and circuit ampacity match the heater's nameplate rating before energizing. Do not install in locations where the ambient temperature will fall outside the 45 degrees F to 135 degrees F operating range.
