The MILWAUKEE 9567 is a single-phase electric chain hoist rated for 1 ton of load capacity with a 15-foot lift height. Designed for professional use in industrial and commercial settings, this hoist is built around a multi-disc magnetic brake system that provides positive load holding and precise spotting during lifts. Operating on 115 or 230 volts AC at 16.0 amps (low voltage), it ships as a complete unit ready for overhead installation by qualified rigging and electrical professionals. A 24-volt pushbutton pendant station allows thumb, trigger, or two-handed operation for controlled load travel.
The 9567 is suited for heavy lifting applications in manufacturing facilities, warehouses, construction sites, and mechanical shops. Adjustable upper and lower limit switches allow the operator to regulate load travel precisely within the working range. The latch-type rigid top hook and overload limiting clutch add an additional layer of load control and safety in demanding lift cycles. This unit ships as an individual hoist and is intended for permanent or semi-permanent overhead mounting.
Designed as an OEM-style electric chain hoist for single-phase overhead lifting applications requiring 1-ton capacity and up to 15 feet of lift height.
Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician and a certified rigger familiar with overhead lifting equipment and applicable OSHA and ASME B30.16 standards. Before installation or servicing, de-energize the power supply and verify the overhead structure is rated to support the hoist weight plus dynamic load. Electrical connections must comply with local NEC requirements for the selected voltage configuration. Do not exceed the rated load capacity at any point during operation.
